Stayed in top-class standard room with balcony. Extra facilities such as coffee & tea makers and refrigerators where really useful. Savoury and vegan breakfast and other services were good.

The superior room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was high-class with quiet air-con. Tea/coffee making equipment and fridges worked well:)))

Had a comfortable stay, the hotel is stylish.
Everything was great for our purposes, a longer stay. Chania Town was a walking distance from the hotel, appreciated its location in the pedestrian zone of Chania. Plus, it was adjacent to a pedestrian street, the sweeping harbour front, the shops and all the tavernas and the beach.

My partner and I stayed at Elia for a week to explore the charming old town of Chania. The hotel's location at the end of the harbor was perfect, away from the crowds but still within walking distance of everything. Our room on the first floor had a stunning balcony overlooking the sea. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated in a modern style. The staff was exceptional, always available to provide helpful recommendations and advice. The Cretian-style breakfast was a delicious highlight, with a variety of local dishes and fresh juice. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
